While the COVID-19 crisis is far from over, at Evergreen Eye Center, we’ve used our experience in sterilizing our clinics for surgery and expanded that to every inch of our space. we’re happy to be taking care of you in our offices and surgery centers again under new health and safety protocols.
Our priority is to facilitate safe interactions between patients, doctors, and employees. We’ve implemented pre-screening, arrival screening procedures, social distancing in the lobby, and rigorous cleaning procedures.
We look forward to serving you here in our offices when you need to visit us. If you would prefer, though, we are still offering telemedicine appointments per doctor’s discretion.
Pre-Screening
Before your arrival for an appointment, our staff member will contact you with questions regarding your recent health. If you’ve been feeling ill or displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, let us know, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment. Symptoms of COVID-19 include:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea

Arriving for your Appointment
At this time, we have systems in place to keep the front doors locked if unattended. When you get to our door, ring the buzzer, and you’ll be let inside. Please be sure to bring a mask, scarf, or bandana with you to your appointment. Masks are required inside during the duration of your visit.
To limit the number of people in our offices, and increase the opportunity to socially distance, we ask that you do not bring a companion to your appointment. A companion is permitted if they provide additional help for stability or interpretation.
Inside the Office
We have reorganized the Evergreen Eye Care Center’s offices to facilitate a more natural flow and keep people socially distanced, and reduce face to face interactions.
For your protection, all our clinic and surgery center areas are sanitized with surgical-grade wipes between uses.
